Your Questions, Answered

  • This is a live educational webinar hosted by Process Ketamine Studio for clinics and professionals exploring IV ketamine therapy. It is designed to provide an overview of the treatment, learn how ketamine works, answer common misconceptions, and discuss what an infusion day looks like from start to finish.

  • Many clinics spend valuable time answering the same questions about what ketamine therapy entails. This webinar helps provide those answers in one place, so your team can focus more on treatment and care. It can also help current clients feel more prepared, give useful information to people considering treatment, and create a service your clinic offers beyond simply promoting the clinic through an ad.

  • This webinar is helpful for current or prospective patients, therapists, and people supporting others who are exploring IV ketamine therapy. It is also a helpful service for clinics to highlight what makes them stand out as a provider of this type of mental health care.

  • The webinar is hosted by Process Ketamine Studio’s founder Tracy Santomarco, LMFT. She is a trauma focused psychotherapist and certified in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. It will also be co-hosted by the purchasing clinic.

  • After purchase, the clinic must contact us via our Contact Page or webinar@processketaminestudio.com to schedule the webinar and discuss planning details. Once we receive your information, we will help coordinate the next steps.

  • The webinar lasts approximately 40minutes - 1 hour

  • We use Zoom with a passcode for each participant.

  • Yes, if the clinic opts into that feature. An optional clinic highlight segment of about 3 minutes may be included, and the clinic must provide photos or other approved materials in advance for the presentation.

  • The clinic is responsible for any marketing or promotion of the live webinar. You will be sent a link for the webinar to send to your potential participants.

  • If you are using the clinic highlight option, please send photos or approved video materials at least one week in advance.

  • You may schedule as many webinars as you like. Many clinics find 1-2 times per month can provide the information people need to feel more prepared and confident about their IV ketamine treatment.

  • We are still providing the webinar service and reserving the scheduled time for your clinic, so the purchase remains non-refundable. We understand that attendance can vary, and we cannot control how many people register or attend. Even if no one signs up, the webinar has still been prepared, scheduled, and made available for your clinic.

If attendance is lower than expected, it may be helpful to consider whether a different time, marketing approach, or future scheduling strategy could better support turnout.
