Participants should not submit Protected Health Information ("PHI"), confidential patient information, or other sensitive health-related information during webinars, consultations, presentations, or other educational services. PKS and IVKS are educational platforms and are not healthcare providers, covered entities, or Business Associates under HIPAA.
Submitted Content and Presentation Materials
If you voluntarily submit photographs, logos, videos, testimonials, presentation slides, documents, graphics, clinic information, marketing materials, or other content to PKS or IVKS for use in a webinar, educational presentation, consultation, training program, clinic spotlight, or related service, we may collect, review, store, display, and use such materials for the purpose for which they were submitted.
